The almost £300 Billion bailout cash that UK G Brown  injected into that BIG BUSINESS is now looking unlikely to be repaid. If it is ever repaid, the time that the mortgage banks sector will take to effect the repayment will be far longer than is  ever allowed by the Government [whether fronted by Blaired G Brown or Thatchered D Cameron, hypothetically set to follow UK GB in office after any general election in the context 3 months ] to the ordinary defaulters [on infinitesimally small debts]  who are in the deprived areas including the East End of Lon don borough of Tower Hamlets... Which is where Ken Livingstone, the fantastically flaunted figure of 'British progressive socialism as painted by the CBGB Morning Star' has been seeking to create another 'niche' following for the relaunch of his career as a bidder to regain access to the purse strings at  ****ty Hall London SE1. In his bizarre bid, 'Red Ken' [which colour, in the Ken-context-display is quite loyal to the original blue couriers] was reported by the SUNDAY TIMES in March 2008 as having given his backing to one of the Guinness Fraudsters, Gerald Ronson, rehabilitating himself in the City of London. The HERON TOWER at the corner of Bishopsgate as it bends down over the 'deprived' east side of it,  stands higher above all of the heights in the ordinary East End. From the top of the HERON TOWER as it is now, can be seen the vast terrains of deprived East End and huge spaces of equally decaying visions of East London...The place to which Ken Livingstone has been getting attached with increasing dedication of almost fanatical performance of fakery and solidarity….. So severe has been Ken Livingstone’s profession of ‘affinity’ with the selected bands of his unrepresentative followers exhibited as being ‘located in the East End of London’ [even though the utter majority of them are not at all ordinarily resident or verifiable East End community members at all] that there is even a blog dedicated to the allegedly religious group backing for the very secular and very amoral [=morality-free=dishonest =lying] career plans and career profile of Ken Livingstone… The divide between Ken Livingstone and his forces of faked progress on the one hand and the lives of ordinary people in the East End of London is wider than the gulf that exists between many people of different clauses. The divide that Ken Livingstone has been aiding and abetting in the East End of London is only comparable with the divide that he identified with as he acted as the tout of the agents of Big Business setting the agenda of Bob Kelley’s Transport for London [=’TfL’] on the one hand and the targets of their looting programme, who are the ordinary inner city deprived borough people on the other …[To be continued]

Next week's scheduled announcement in the UK Houses of Parliament of the parliamentary/legislative programme ‘[called 'the Queen’s Speech'] is expected to include the current CrossRail Bill as a carry -over from the last session of parliament for it to be given further approval in the next session. The CURRENT CrossRail hole Bill-promoting minister at the UK Department for Transport Tom Harris has already been put on notice that he was out of order to have tried to pre-exempt and to curb serious scrutiny of the Bill in the Upper Chamber [House of Lords] Khoodeelaar! today publishes the texts of the summary of the latest demands for the scrapping of the Bill, not just for its scrutiny.

This is part of the latest Khoodeelaar! ‘No to CrossRail hole plot Bill’ campaign texts that I have written, as part of the constitutional law procedural communication addressed to the Houses of Parliament and to the UK Transport Minister [Secretary of State at the department for Transport]. Khoodeelaar! Campaign against CrossRail hole plot DEMANDS to the UK parliament to scrap the CrossRail hole Bill [the ‘CrossRail Bill’] that is set to be ‘processed’ in the House of Lords after next week’s ‘Queen’s Speech’ formalities.

The printed version of these texts is being supported by the community in the East End today Friday 2 November 2007 and will be formally submitted to the parties addressed in the next week.

“We the undersigned support Khoodeelaar! The Brick Lane, Whitechapel Stepney London E1 and the East End of London campaign against the CrossRail hole attacks, as spelt out over the past 3 years and 10 months [January 2004 to 2 November 2007] of the campaign in defence of the East End of London and we reiterate our support to the current demands made by Khoodeelaar! to the Secretary of state for transport to scrap the parts of the present ‘CrossRail Bill’ that include the provisions for the digging of CrossRail holes in the East End of London and we support the call by the Khoodeelaar! Campaign against ‘the CrossRail hole attacks plans’ for the scrapping of the other provisions concerned as contained in the same ‘CrossRail Bill’ that will cause new and long term tendencies to and incidents of economic losses to the local community and generate new and add to the already existing and the untenable social exclusion, deprivation and environmental damage to the community in the East End of London and we call on the Secretary of State to replace these by thoroughly revising the alignment and other provisions that have been so far cited by or formally inserted or entered in the name of the promoters of the CrossRail Bill as the alleged reason and the alleged pretext for the CrossRail hole attacks on the East End of London and we ask the Secretary of state to do this through and the comprehensive revision f the CrossRail hole ‘plan’ by incorporating the better alternative alignment/s that have been conceptually pointed out by many of the formal objectors and by the Khoodeelaar! campaign over the past 46 months - and those that exist in the design and conceptual domains - and we call on the Houses of Parliament to ensure from this time onwards that the serious democratic and constitutional law deficits that have been found to have been applied by the promoter of the Bill thus obstructing and frustrating the due, the full and the unfettered scrutiny of the contents of the present ‘CrossRail Bill’ in the ‘CrossRail Bill ‘select committee’ in the House of Commons, are not repeated and that the process of scrutiny of the ‘CrossRail Bill’ must be supported to the full by the Secretary of State when the CrossRail Bill is constitutionally considered by the relevant specific select committee that is scheduled to be brought into being and or action in the House of lords following the scheduled Queens Speech in a few days’ time. We also support the Khoodeelaar! Campaign in their comprehensive constitutional and legal action programme including their proposed application/s at the relevant stage/s to the UK domestic courts and to the judicial forums that exist under the UK’s international treaty obligations and we do so as part of our support to and for the Khoodeelaar! Campaign against the CrossRail hole/s plan as these affect the East End of London economically, environmentally, socially and democratically now and in the foreseeable future.”
