Who ever audited the £100 million that Alistair Darling gave away to CLRL in 2005 in 'Crossrail' name?
Who ever audited the £100 million that Alistair Darling [then fronting the DAFT, 'UK Department for Transport' that has been the touting outfit in Whitehall operating the scam for Big Business] gave away from the UK public to CLRL in 2005?

KHOODEELAAR! Had told the ITV London So.
About Tony McNulty’s role. And about the role of other CRASSrail-agenda peddlers in place in the Brown-fronted, Blair-fronted Blaired regimes in the UK in the past 12 years. But ITV London news NEVER told the truth on any occasions about Crassrail. They have now realised that the truth is somewhat impossible. Because of the undeniable wave of evidence about just how corrupt the UK Parliament is, some of the truth about that has become irrepressible. At least on aspects of the roles played by some of those. So, in the past 2 hours they have carried the ‘news’ that only in principle sheds light on the dishonourable roles played by the peddlers…. ITV London News bulletin, as read out by their presenter [shown in the picture here] after the ‘News at Ten’ main bulletin had this: “. Parliamentary watchdog has ruled Harrow East MP T’ [sic] Tony McNulty was wrong to use public cash, EFFECTIVELY subsidised [sic] his parents’ living costs. He’s been ordered to pay back more than £13,000 and apologise to fellow MPs…”

Khoodeelaar! No to Crossrail hole plot Bill
Extracts from the assessment of the situation by Muhammad Haque, the Khoodeelaar! No to Crossrail hole Bill CAMPAIGN organiser, at the annual Khoodeelaar! campaign meeting held in the Greatorex Street in London E1 in the evening on Sunday 16 December 2007:
“We have no need in the East End of London for a superfluous Crossrail hole station at Whitechapel.
The ONLY reason why the creepy CrossRail hole plotters against the East End of London have crafted the sneaky, the dishonest and the damaging idea of a ‘Crossrail station at Whitechapel’ by misrepresenting and also suppressing the fact of the existence of the present underground station at Whitechapel serving several tube lines, is so that those plotters can justify their further apartheid policy of making Canary Wharf Big Business interests abuse the East End and loot the area.
This is proven in the literally thousands of pages of the ‘reason’ for CrossRail that have been produced by the plotters themselves.
In ALL of those ‘reasons’ they say that CrossRail is about linking Canary Wharf, City of London and Heathrow airport!
They do NOT say anything at all about poverty, let alone about removing poverty. They do not say anything about benefiting the East End.
They do not say anything at all about the social exclusion in the inner city.
Not a word about the role that the City of London plays in creating poverty, in creating economic disparity, in actually depending on poverty for the prosperity of the City of London.
That is the biggest lie that they have been perpetrating against the people that will suffer from the Crossrail hole plot attacks on the East End of London.
We have challenged every single one of the Crossrail hole plot ministers that has been in posts since January 2004, to produce evidence to contradict this statement, this analysis that I am making, the one that I devised as far back as 2000 when I first became aware of the Crassrail plot and the then Blairing maneuvers within the former Labour Party outfits in Tower Hamlets to misrepresent the facts to the community.
I have made this analytical statement from the start of the Khoodeelaar! campaign against the Crossrail hole in January 2004.
And I have challenged Gordon Brown to contradict this when he was Chancellor of the Exchequer. He has not done so. I have asked Gordon Brown to contradict my thesis. He has not done so. I have asked Gordon Brown again in October this year when he made a patently false and untruthful spinning statement for CrossRail, to show the public the basis for the spin. Brown has not done so.
It is not s if he does not get to read what I have been writing about CrossRail. It is a fact that every day, the Khoodeelaar! Web site is visited by a dedicated team of spines appointed by the
The contamination, the noise, the dirt, the dust and all the other destructive things that will be brought to the East One area by Crossrail will damage the affected local people’s health forever. There is no justification for bringing these problems to the area.
As I told the latest session of the full council of the local London Borough of Tower Hamlets [on Wednesday 28 November 2007] , there has been no evidence produced by the Council or by any other promoter of the Crossrail hole to support the propaganda that Crossrail would bring benefits to the area.
It is vital to record the fact that every single statement that has been made so far – and I repeat- every single statement that has been made in the name of the London borough of Tower Hamlets council about Crossrail – has been a lie.
How has it been a lie?
The answer is contained in the written contents of the Council’s statements.
In brief that lie is this – that they are ‘in principle’ ‘committed’ to Crossrail but ’not at any cost’ and that they are ‘in communication with CrossRail’ to ‘minimise the disruption’ to the East End !
That is a lie.
Because you cannot be committed in principle to a thing which you then say will cause disruption and you do not say you want to stop the disruption; merely that you are talking about minimising disruption. You say minimise. That is not the same thing as opposing the disruption.
So Tower Hamlets Council cannot be doing anything else but backing the thing.
That means that Tower Hamlets Council are not in truth at all backing the people who will suffer from the thing being done.
But the Council’s controlling clique continues to claim that they are talking to Crossrail promoters about minimising the disruption.
When challenged to produce evidence of what exactly it is that they are doing, the controlling clique on the Council fails to show any substance of whatever it is that they are doing to minimise the disruption they recoil and fail to show any evidence.
That means that you have been lying from the start and that lie is made even worse by the fact that you knew when you confected it that you would utter it to mislead the community
For the thing
We have to stress that we are defending the community of ordinary people, which is what the East End of London is about.
This is our home.
The Crossrail hole plot is a tool to destroy our home.
Crossrail will not bring any benefits to outweigh the losses that we shall be caused.
Those losses will last years and will be irreparable.
People will lose health. Others in the area will lose their businesses, some of which have taken decades to build and to bring to their present conditions
Tower Hamlets Council has failed to represent the community in whose name it is elected. There are serious constitutional anomalies and contradictions which the Khoodeelaar! campaign is at once exposing and also addressing by our sustained legal, constitutional and political action,.
It has been four years of battle against Crossrail hole plot. The next stage will include our opposition to the Crossrail hole plot to be formally put to the ‘Crossrail Bill’ ‘select committee’ in the UK House of Commons.
The objections take place during January 2008.

Thursday 29 October 2009:
Khoodeelaar! told Gordon Brown so! We had even warned Tony Blair against unethical conduct in the name of 'parliament' via Parliament.. And we did warn BOTH [Blair and Brown] about allowing Tony McNulty to appear to be beyond the reach of the minimal moral reproach that 'still' 'just about' existed and ‘still’ ‘exists’ [albeit very marginally] in the UK... What a crass response we have seen from all three.. Not surprising then that ALL three have been peddling the agenda of the CrossRail scam one way or another.. What we had observed about the mechanical, motor-mouth utterances and appearances by Tony McNulty on all aspects of the discredited, deficit-begetting regimes of Blair and Brown was the irrationality of his media-disseminated disposition and his apparently, visually contemptuous demeanor towards the ordinary public and viewing members of the community. On the evidence IN CONTEXT of those appearances and utterances, McNulty was not aware of the callousness that he was increasingly personifying in his defiance on all issues that he was being floated to flog… Whether McNulty’s apology as staged in the UK House of Commons today [Thursday 29 October 2009] will change the culture of complicity with sleaze and corruption that dominates the Palace of Stooges at Westminster is another matter altogether. We know and record the fact that McNulty was one of the ones in the Crossrail, Big Business scam-cooking Department for Daft [Ooops! ‘Department for Transport’] when the CRASS Crossrail Bill was in fact cooked… Is there any surprise that the Crossrail scam is so crass, that it has turned out to be interminably crass as each day’s utterances by McNulty’s ‘related’ co-utterers typify ?!

KHOODEELAAR! No to "CrossRail hole scam" updating evidence on UK Crossrail DfT ex-Minister Tony McNulty: We asked over a year ago this month.... “Has Brown a plan to make Tony McNulty a public joke?”
Today’s apology by Tony McNulty as made in the UK House of Commons [Thursday 29 October 2009] only over a part of his dubious expenses claims may be treated by the bureaucracy in the stooged parliament as concluding the matter.
But does that represent 'closure' on the question over the integrity, honesty, fitness for democratic purpose that hangs over the stooged MPs and peers?
We ask this because we drew attention to the conduct of Mr McNulty. Not the Daily Telegraph.
Not any ‘mainstream’ or 'sub stream' UK media.
It was the inner cities, East End of London community defence campaign KHOODEELAAR! as carried by the AADHIKAR Media
We did so because we had for years observed the role that Tony McNulty had been playing.
We had reason to pay attention to the evidence within the UK Department for Transport or Daft as we have been calling it.
Inside the DAFT was the daft Crossrail scam being cooked. Or halfcocked as we know now.
And Tiny McNulty was in that Department.
He was there during the year before the formal presentation to the UK House of Commons of the ‘CROSSRAIL BILL” by Alistair Darling then Transport [or to our campaign supporters ‘CrossRail scam Big Business Agenda DAFT’] Minister in the Blair cabinet.
Original information that our campaign obtained showed that Mr McNulty was democratically and ethically highly questionable. Over his role.
That is why we put the question in October 2008 as to whether Gordon Brown was operating in a miniature scheme to expose McNulty to public ridicule.
Of that we had no concrete evidence,. But circumstances and the evidential trends showed to us that McNulty might very well be heading in that direction.
We shall examine in the next 24 hours the contents of his apology as actually delivered in the House of Commons today [Thursday 29 October 2009]

Just as the whole world has been media-obsessed over the Western markets and their infections on the other continents, something very worthwhile has been lost in the UK. The rights of ordinary people to be free from state take-over of private lives. And in the take-over process, Tony McNulty has fronted for the Gordon Brown regime. With the temporary loss of the 42-day detention ploys, the issue is unlikely to feature on TV screens in the near future... But there is no stopping McNulty hogging the screens. This week on, he is to be the universal baddy on an even more unwanted front. UNEMPLOYMENT McNulty has just surfaced as the face of unemployment on the UK TV screens. justifying the Govt attacks on the ordinary poor, the low paid..... whilst the same Govt finds £Billions of public money to bail out bankers....
Makes you wonder, doesn't it, that someone at the far end of the Gordon Brown regime, there must be a quite reliable plan at work..... To Make Tony McNulty the face of everything bad in the Govt.....

Yes, he's wheeled into jobs that are particularly unpopular probably because he is a forceful character, is pretty sharp and an effective communicator. These characteristics bode him well in being the public face responsible for unpopular jobs such as when he was Immigration Minister, when the wave of detentions and removals was particularly high. McNulty is a fast communicator - has the ability to out-wit TV interviewers with a disarming ability to bombard them with a complexity of policy government-speak and jargon (Mandarin-speak) which leads the interviewer and listener to too easily give way to him and give him the benefit of the doubt. However, when he was Immigration Minister, he got into difficulties in the job which were never really revealed - only that a minister even more competent than him - Liam Byrne - was put in post to implement the new immigration points system.

KHOODEELAAR! TOLD YOU SO!
We said this morning: “Now even Boris J is rushing around looking for any face-saving ploy to haul in as part of the new bid to confess all.” This is confirmed in a report published in the past 90 minutes on the Internet by the pro-Crossrail web site http://www.regen.net. We publish [below] the full report as it has first appeared on that web site.
They run a tricky trade device. The URL linking the piece doesn’t fetch the full texts.. So we reproduce the full texts below.
“Ben Cook, Regen.net, 28 October 2009
London mayor Boris Johnson has announced that developers involved in the regeneration of the Nine Elms area of south London – which stretches from Vauxhall to Battersea Power Station – will be exempt from paying the Crossrail levy.
The Crossrail levy was to be charged on applications for additional office space above 5,000sq ft in London’s “central activities zone” – covering Westminster, parts of Camden, Islington, Hackney, Tower Hamlets, the City, Lambeth, Kensington and Chelsea, and Wandsworth – and the northern Isle of Dogs.
A spokesman for the mayor’s office said it was not yet clear whether the contributions developers would make to the Northern Line extension would be less than, or exceed, the amount paid under the Crossrail levy. Johnson said that the developers of the scheme – which will include 16,000 new homes and create up to 25,000 new jobs, according to Wandsworth Council – will instead be expected to “pay towards” the planned Northern Line extension from Kennington through Nine Elms to Battersea. A spokesman for the Mayor’s office said the method by which the developers would pay for the Northern Line extension was being “worked on”, but he added that it would be “through the planning system, rather than via a business rate”. __Plans for the regeneration of Nine Elms involve the conversion of almost 200 hectares of derelict and underused land into new communities with green open spaces and new transport links, including a pedestrian and cycle bridge linking Nine Elms to Pimlico and the extension of the Northern Line to Battersea. Edward Lister, leader of Wandsworth Council, said: “The announcement is a sign of just how committed the mayor is to securing the vital transport improvements that will ensure the success of the whole project. Rob Tincknell, managing director of Treasury Holdings UK, which will redevelop Battersea Power Station as part of the Nine Elms regeneration, said he was delighted that the mayor has given such a strong affirmation of the importance of the Nine Elms regeneration to the future of LONDON. Johnson plans to extend the Northern Line to Nine Elms using an innovative US-style funding tool called Tax Increment Financing (Tif).__Tif allows a local public body to borrow for capital investment in a designated area by securing the loan against the increases in tax revenue expected to be generated by the development of the infrastructure.”
The piece is confirmation that Boris is caught out in the CRASSrole confusion all of his own making… He is now dropping the draconian and the crass demand for CrossRail levy which he had imposed on all and sundry. The news comes on the same day when another web site has published the furious reaction to CRASSrole-player Boris that ‘businesses’ in Kingston are emitting. Boris truly has been crass. Will he now see sense and drop the crass peddling role? We shall be reporting whether he does or not.

Khoodeelaar! No to wasteful Crossrail scam: Only spend money on the EXISTING transport network; improve the quality, the standard of service.

Tuesday’s confession by the occupier at the Onion in London SE1 in the name of the people of London that the London Underground network was far more important than the notional Crossrail was another sign that the successor of Ken Livingstone as the tout in residence of Big Business was getting increasingly nervous about his role [and the impact of any gaffes, errors on top of the dozens he has already collected] in relation to UK Con party’s chances at the scheduled general election in a few months time.
After all, BoJo fancies himself as a power-seeker and he would not want to lose the chance by messing up D Cameron’s chances.
And as ALL independent indications of economic prospects and movements [or lack of them] show about the UK, CrossRail means more debts, wastes and diversion than it does transport.
As KHOODEELAAR! has diagnosed and exclusively asserted in public EVERYDAY for almost 6 years now, Crossrail is all those things: Wasteful, diversionary and unnecessary.
This is why we are again telling Boris Johnson to take this sound and politically astute advice: SCRAP Crossrail.
Khoodeelaar! No to wasteful Crossrail scam: Only spend money on the EXISTING transport network; improve the quality, the standard of service.
This may sound obvious. But the obvious is being overlooked in a big, wasteful way by the peddlers of the Crossrail scam.
Those peddlers are typified by Jo Valentine. She has a spot in the constitutionally ambivalent, unaccountable UK House of Pee-rs too.
That makes her even more undemocratic and unaccountable than she could be had she been plain Jo.
As the Houses of are not accountable, it is not known in public what abuses Jo Valentine has perpetrated in her promotion of CrossRail scam while the pack was being bureaucratically pushed through the two Houses [February 2005 and July 2008] via their stooged 'Crossrail Bill Select committees'.
When we [KHOODEELAAR! No to “Big Business Crossrail scam agenda…” campaign] told the London Times online in 2007 that we would notionally give the 'Houses of Pee-rs' the benefit of the doubt and wait to see how they delivered their constitutional duties.
We did so on the theoretical basis.
We also did it to point out to the then stooged 'transport minister' [the parasitic post that has been passed on to suitably like 'aspirants' as typified by the performance since Harris left and his shoes got filled in ...] ' and self-seeker Tom Harris that he must not be so gross as to predict the outcome of the 'Crossrail Bill Select committee' in the House of Pee-rs. That we did go on the record to say this was on many levels important.
Harris did not have an answer to what we said. Nor did any of his co-peddlers of the scam at the time. And as events have shown, Harris knew that in referring to the House of Pee-rs CrossRail Bill committee he was in fact referring to another familiar stooged body. And he was comfortable with that. We were not. No democratic, constitutionally conscientious person or campaign should be comfortable with that state of affairs....
That Harris was 'vindicated' by the stooged behaviour of the House of Peer-s committee concerned shows that there is no democratic decency or integrity in the place.. Against this background, we make the observations we do make here about Jo Valentine...
Will Jo valentine come clean and confess all?
Will she say how many members of the House of Pee-rs she sought to influence?
Will she give a roll call of dishonour ?
So far, Jo Valentine has escaped "media attention" linked with any illegal, illegitimate, immoral, disgraceful claims of expense.
Mortgages and so on.
But she is hitting the headlines in the construction trade sites today [Tuesday 27 - Wednesday 28 October 2009] by returning to lobby for the public Billions [Sterling POUNDS] to be made available to the construction lobby under the name of CRASSRail.
How many of those is she in touch with? [To be continued]

KHOODEELAAR! Told the London DAILY TELEGRAPH web site on 13 January 2006
"Our campaign was set up in January 2004 to defend the Brick Lane London E1 Area Against the Crossrail hole plan. We have not relied on a single holder of 'elected' office to do the job of defending the community. Why? Because we do believe in the order of things – that those who seek our votes must listen to us. And not the other way around. Come the next election, whether local or UK central, we shall be heard. The past week's events have shown that ours has been the only 'issue' that the 'Nation' has been 'interested' in! Two years on from 31 January 2004, we have been more than amply vindicated. Power to the people, we say!"
KHOODEELAAR! Is AGAIN telling Jo Valentine of 'London Fraud' to quit peddling lies for Crossrail scam

Tuesday 27 October 2009:
Editor © Muhammad Haque. KHOODEELAAR! TOLD YOU SO! That Jo Valentine was peddling lies for Big business and that’s she was doing so knowing fully well that she was flogging packs of lies.
Jo Valentine is back and is lying for CROSSRAIL scam again.
And the ‘report’ by ‘New Civil Engineer’ as we quote it below this updater commentary, is a pack of lies. Another pack of Jo Valentine’s professional, careerist, irresponsibly perpetrated BIG BUSINESS, City of London vested interests lies,
Who is this Jo Valentine?
She is a tout for the City of London and Big Business. Her ‘London First’ is in fact a ‘London Lies’ for the elements that use her as their front. So Jo Valentine fronts the agenda contrived by the Big Business looters of the public and the sleaze balls that want to grab hold of the public cash under covers of the various ‘projects’
They use the particular fabricated rhetoric uttered and fronted at the present time by the deeply ignorant ‘fans’ of what they call the ‘economic theory and or policy-making linked with and or derived from the alleged thoughts of J M Keynes’ [the man was himself deeply confused, short term and very very inappropriate as a template of economic policy-making. And Gordon Brown, as we have pointed out over the past three years in particular, is very seriously mistaken about his peddling of the myths about J M Keynes. And what does Brown know about economics, having picked up itsy bitsy pieces of it as a sideline. More on G Brown and the calamity of imprudence that he has caused…. updates in due course]
Jo Valentine is lying in her peddling claims today [Tuesday 27 October 2009] just as Ken Livingstone lied [who has boasted on BBC Question Time ‘special mayor election edition’ April 2008, of being a liar on 2012 Games hosting bid] about the multi £Billion ‘benefits’ of ‘Crossrail’.
This word ‘benefits' is the cringe-making lie that has been attached to the word ‘Crossrail’ by the lying agenda setters who are bent on fooling the UK public on their motives as they go about misappropriating and misallocating and mis-using the funds that may be available.
They are lying about transport. They are twisting the facts. They are twisting the evidence. They are twisting the conclusions. They are lying to grab hold of the money. And they are doing this by deliberately setting out to deceive the ordinary public about what they [these fiddlers, fakers and fabricators] want to do with the public money.
The word ‘Crossrail’ is a distortion. The true word is transport. But the fakers do not want to use that one.
A second point about Jo valentine is that she knows that things may not be going her way, as mounting debts and the consequent slowness confirm that she was wrong to so ferociously lie for the Big Business CRASSrail scam.
So she has resorted to a ‘new’ trick in the latest ‘research report’
What an outrage!
It is not a research report.
It is the confectors of the Crossrail con getting together and re-phrasing some of their key lies.
The key ‘data’ is taken from Transport for London. In other words from those who peddle CRASSrail.
Not IN THE MAIN from independent, objective sources at all.
They have DISCOVERED the existence of the London Underground network!

Forecast bleak with no Tube and Crossrail investment
27 October, 2009 | By Jo Stimpson
Research showing the benefits of maintaining investment in the Tube, and the consequences of postponing it, has been published today by business organisation London First.
The report illustrates that investment in building Crossrail and modernising the Tube will bring vital extra transport capacity and generate wider economic benefits for the country in the order of £24bn of additional GDP.
On the other hand, the research forecasts increasingly impoverished travelling conditions for Londoners if investment tails off. The projected consequences include unreliability, slower journeys, much more overcrowding and increased congestion on the roads as passengers avoid the Tube.
Other passengers may choose not to travel at all, said the report, reducing recruitment by London employers and inhibiting economic growth.
“This report sets out in graphic terms the absolute necessity to keep investing in London’s transport infrastructure.”
Boris Johnson, London mayor
London mayor Boris Johnson said investment must be maintained for both the Tube and Crossrail, as “these two fundamental projects are inextricably linked”. “My commitment to the Tube upgrades and Crossrail is fundamental and unwaivering,” he said.
“This report sets out in graphic terms the absolute necessity to keep investing in London’s transport infrastructure,” said Johnson. “The alternative is sardine-tin travel that will do nothing for Londoners’ quality of life or our city’s reputation.”
Baroness Jo Valentine, Chief Executive of London First, called the Tube “a worn and broken asset”. “With forecast revenues, and taking the cost of maintenance that will be necessary in any case, the upgrade of the Tube more than pays for itself,” she said.
The report draws from data provided by Transport for London and explores the effects of investment on passengers, commuters and the economy.
The passenger experience _ snapshot findings:
Without modernisation of the Tube, to give just five examples, during the morning rush hour in 2026:
0. Half a million passengers (twice as many as now) will commute in conditions defined as ‘very crowded’ – the equivalent of four or more people in a telephone box.
0. The 10 mile journey from Tooting Broadway to Canary Wharf will take almost an hour to complete, due to delays caused by crowding – about a fifth again compared to now.
0. The ticket barrier and entrance at Victoria station will be shut every six minutes, for two minutes each time – to maintain safety in the face of severe crowding.
0. Every passenger using Bond Street station will have to add an extra 10 minutes to their journey to push their way through overcrowded escalators and platforms.
0. Today’s 18 minute, six mile journey from North Acton to Oxford Circus will become almost a half hour trip because of excessive station and platform crowding.
0. Passengers will suffer in 32°C temperatures, in excess of limits defined in EU regulations for transporting livestock.

why not include the statistic of failures?
27.04.2006 14:42
I have looked at every party vote leaflet that has been pushed through my letterbox. I have looked in them for facts about exact party . No facts. just words. So why not make it a rule by law to include facts and figures on what each party did in the past . Sow their failures. show what they are like when pressed against the political wall and made to tell! How they cheated and lied in the past.
why not have that sort of info in the election leaflets?
Wouldn’t that be like a peoples' annual audit of the vote-grabbing, vote-begging mob?

This comes nearly 3 years after Khoodeelaar! started the campaign to defend Brick Lane London| E1 area against the CrossRail hole assault. Francis Maude was answering questions from Khoodeelaar organiser Muhammad Haque as Maude left a Party gathering held in the area.
The Conservative Party Chairman's comments to Khoodeelaar organiser was made shortly after 1 PM today in Brick Lane. This marks the first comment from any UK Tory Party leader on the specific issue of the Crossrail hole in the Brick Lane London e1 area.

why not include the statistic of failures?
27.04.2006 14:42
I have looked at every party vote leaflet that has been pushed through my letterbox. I have looked in them for facts about exact party . No facts. just words. So why not make it a rule by law to include facts and figures on what each party did in the past . Sow their failures. show what they are like when pressed against the political wall and made to tell! How they cheated and lied in the past.
why not have that sort of info in the election leaflets?
Wouldn’t that be like a peoples' annual audit of the vote-grabbing, vote-begging mob?
KHOODEELAAR! told Boris Johnson so! He is showing belated signs of getting the message: Crossrail is untenable, crass
"
. Most importantly, the key delivery question remains: will Crossrail survive post 2010 if the Tories win the general election?

Boris's changes to the London Plan
Regeneration & Renewal, 26 October 2009
Boris Johnson has kept policies on wheelchair accessible homes and play space provision.
London's mayor has unveiled his draft strategic plan for the capital. Eleanor Young explains what the proposals will mean for transport and housing.
Earlier this month, London mayor Boris Johnson published his draft replacement London Plan. The plan is the mayor's overarching strategy, providing the spatial expression of all his other policies, including housing, transport, economic development and the environment. While it is only one tool in the mayor's development box, it is arguably the most important one. But what are the changes proposed by Johnson and what difference will they make to London's development?
The first key area is the policy approach in outer London. Last year, Johnson's manifesto included a pledge to do more for outer London. This has been followed up with a commission to examine the needs of outer London and the solutions required for that area. But close examination of the plan reveals that its policies - both for outer and inner London - are no more than useful summaries of what the plan's other policies can do for the areas in question. With the exception of making provision for more car parking spaces in some outer London town centres, there is nothing new in terms of substantive extra investment for outer London. It is unlikely that a renewed policy emphasis on its own will be sufficient for outer London. I suspect that those areas were hoping for something rather more substantial.
The second area to examine is housing. Will this new plan make a difference to the supply, affordability or quality of new homes? One proposed change is to set out minimum space standards for all new homes. This highly contentious change is welcome, although it may not survive the inevitable battle with developers at the London Plan's Examination in Public (EIP), which is due to open in December. But if the mayor is robust in fighting his corner, this policy could improve the quality of new development in London.
There are other positive proposed changes to housing policy. Johnson has, for example, retained innovative and hard-won policies on wheelchair accessible housing, the provision of play space and lifetime homes standards to ensure that properties meet the existing and changing needs of most households.
On affordable homes, the key policy for negotiating individual schemes remains the same as before: that boroughs should seek the "maximum reasonable amount" of affordable housing, taking account of a range of site specific circumstances. Unfortunately, the proposed move from a percentage-based target to a numerical one will result in a significant loss of ambition for new affordable housing at the strategic level with the target for new affordable homes being reduced by more than 10,000 over three years. Expressed in percentage terms this means aiming for ten per cent fewer affordable homes over this period. While the mayor's team says the target switch will "deliver more affordable housing", more evidence will be required to demonstrate the robustness of this claim.
With the environment, there are warm words, but there was no scope to strengthen the existing plan on green space which already enjoyed the highest level of protection from development. It is welcome that the mayor has set more stringent targets for CO2 emission reductions (I hope he has the evidence base to get this one through the EIP), and that the suite of cutting edge policies developed for the consolidated 2008 London Plan is retained. There are many helpful improvements to the drafting and presentation of policies, but worryingly, a "more flexible" approach to matters such as provision of on-site renewable energy might lead to a reduction in delivery as struggling developers manage to wriggle off the flexible policy hooks.
In transport terms, the picture is mixed. On rail, there are no new specific proposals, although unspecified "further capacity increases" are proposed for all areas of London. Unfortunately, there is nothing new proposed for outer London in terms of tram, Docklands Light Railway or bus networks over and above the existing plan, despite the new policy emphasis. Central London is expected to be the overwhelming beneficiary of new cycling, public realm and walking schemes. And while new proposals are included for pedestrian bridges over the river Thames in central London, in outer east London anyone wishing to cross the river (on a bike, on foot or even by car) must wait for a ferry to take them - sometime after 2018. Most importantly, the key delivery question remains: will Crossrail survive post 2010 if the Tories win the general election?
Overall, there is much to be welcomed in the draft London Plan. It is shorter than the current one, is even easier to read and retains much of the established policy approach. It contains some vital policies on securing Olympic legacy and requiring new space standards for homes. However, it also includes changes that are less positive, particularly to do with the reduction in the strategic ambition for affordable housing and the lack of new transport provision to support Greater London's continued expected growth. But it is not what the plan says that matters most, it is how it is implemented. London can continue to thrive and can improve if the previous decade of investment continues.
So have things really changed under Johnson? The answer is that there is as much rhetoric as reality, and, while there are some important changes proposed, much of the strategic policy for London will remain the same, with the crucial questions relating, as ever, to implementation, rather than policy-making.

KHOODEELAAR! Exposes the bankruptcy of t’ 'East London Idiotiser' claiming to be telling t’ truth as against 'East End Lies' [3]

London Monday 26 October 2009:
By © Muhammad Haque. The 'local' ‘East London Advertiser’ [= ‘ELA’] has been sinking in circulation loss over recent years. Is it related to the facts of its ‘journalism’?
The ‘records’ of the ‘ELA’s ‘ decline as created by Roy Greenslade [via the London GUARDIAN] and assorted ‘trade’ ‘titles’ would suggest that the’ East London Idiotiser’ was being ground down by the corrupt clique on Tower Hamlets Council for the IDIOTISER’s camapgn against corruption…. [and other myths fostered by the trade titles with a bit of help from the Idiotising ‘editor’ Malcolm S**********].
The Khoodeelaar! Campaign has long held the view based on evidence that the ‘ELA’ is letting down the community. We have chronicled the title’s decline as a ‘local journal’.
We have relied on evidence that was originally used by CBRUK , the main sponsoring movement behind KHOODEELAAR! [CBRUK=’Committee for Bangladeshis’ Rights in the UK’, Estd. initially in defence of the Brick Lane area in July 1989 following the {still unsolved at 26 October 2009} murders in July 1989 of Esmoth Ali and Watir Ali in the Flower and Dean Walk off Brick Lane] to designate the ‘ELA’ as the ‘East London Idiotiser’.
The conduct and the contents of the title have been increasingly unreliable, inconsistent and biased.
To say the least.
And in its ‘coverage’ [!!!!!!!] of the Khoodeelaar! campaign against the Crossrail hole scam, the Idiotiser has been noticeably idiotic.
While our campaign has been consistent on the facts and authentic in our analysis and absolutely appropriate on the implications, the Idiotiser has been idiotic and unreliable. And the Idiotiser has been very racist. And corrupt.
We have carried out extensive investigation into the Idiotiser and have been publishing our findings over the past years. In this updater, we carry two items from the ‘ELA’. One, from its print version dated 5 January 2006.
The other from its website dated 18 December 2007. BOTH items are by-lined to their reporter at the dates concerned Ted Jeory.
BOTH items are unequivocal in their recognition that the main campaigning group against CROSSRAIL agenda is Khoodeelaar! In fact there is no group mentioned in either item, OTHER THAN Khoodeelaar! as the campaigning group against Crossrail. On the facts, there could not be. Not as THE CAMPAIGN on this issue.
There have been many individuals and groups who have been involved at various times and as opposing the CRoSSRAIL scam.
They have been sporadic. They have had aspects of the Crossrail scam as the target of their camapgn. The one campaign covering all aspects and defending the East End of London against the agenda of the CRoSSRAIL scam is the Khoodeelaar! campaign. …
And the facts and the evidence of the time and of other times support that. But the Idiotiser has vascilated. It has twisted and fabricated. Before those dates and since those two dates. We shall show how and when. And we shall show that it is the IRRELEVANCE, the falsehood and the fakery and the prejudice contained in the contents and the ‘editorial line’ of the Idiotiser under the influence of the current owners ARCHANT that is sinking the over-estimated title

Crossrail U-turn as protesters smell victory over disruptions

ANTI-Crossrail campaigners have scored a major victory after transport bosses signalled a U-turn on the scale of disruption they are likely to cause in London's East End.
Crossrail chiefs announced today (Dec-18) they no longer need to build a huge ventilation shaft in Spitalfields, after years of insisting it was needed... including evidence given to Parliament.
It caused fury in the community with protests from traders in Brick Lane and Hanbury Street.
Instead, Crossrail planners intend to 'downgrade' construction work to a simpler and smaller emergency access shaft. It is believed they are now even examining doing without that.
The decision marks a victory for the anti-Crossrail group Khoodeelaar! and its energetic organiser Muhammad Haque. It has been lobbying Tower Hamlets council which supports the entire £16 billion 'super tube' project, urging the Town Hall to represent the concerns of East Enders.
"This is a major victory for the community and the campaign," said Mr Haque.
"It shows if we continue to campaign the way we have, we can get what we want and that the council can be led."
He plans to continue campaigning against other earmarked ventilation shafts in Whitechapel and Stepney Green.
But Tower Hamlets council leader Denise Jones said the Town Hall and other community groups deserved credit.
She insists: "We have all petitioned hard to lessen the disruption in Brick Lane.
"Together we have already achieved massive concessions.
"It is fantastic news, a great testament to what can be achieved when the council and people work together."
Crossrail, however, says it is continuing working on 'ventilation and emergency strategies' with Tower Hamlets council "to see if the need for the Hanbury Street excavation shaft could be removed." But the company insisted no firm decision had yet been made.
The Crossrail Bill goes to the House of Lords on January 9 for the next stage in the approval process, after sailing through the Commons last Thursday.
Government ministers were buoyant on Monday that London's biggest construction controversy since Docklands in the 1970s was now all but over.
Transport Minister Tom Harris said: "Crossrail is expected to add 21 per cent rail capacity to the City of London and 54 per cent to the Isle of Dogs, relieving congestion and overcrowding on the national rail and London Underground networks."
The new 'super tube' with its direct link westward from Thames Gateway to the East End, City, West End and Heathrow will run 24 trains an hour at peak times, one every five minutes in either direction.
The route eastward under Oxford Street and Liverpool Street splits at a major junction planned at Whitechapel, with one branch going to Stratford to join the Shenfield line to Essex, the other under Stepney and Limehouse to the Isle of Dogs, then under the Thames to join the North Kent line to Abbey Wood.

Crass stupid Council lies for Crossrail hole plan
The crassness is in the contents of the Tower Hamlets Council’s ‘petition’. It ACCEPTS the Crossrail plan but is unable to say so because of the community opposition to the crass plans. So what does the Crossrail-hole-backing Council do? Create a device that has the appearance of being ‘concerned’ with some aspect of the Crossrail plan but in fact stay firmly committed to the Crossrail attack on the community. Here are some examples. At paragraph 22 of the so-called petition, Tower Hamlets Council says “Your Petitioners are concerned that there will be significant detrimental impacts on businesses within the Borough, many of which are operated by the black and minority ethnic community, as a result of the construction works. Accordingly, your Petitioners seek assurances from the Promoter that an action plan for mitigation against any impacts is produced and that suitable measures will be put in place. Your Petitioners would also request the right to raise any related matters pursuant to the Human Rights Act 1998 ("HRA") - and particularly in relation to Articles 6, 8 and 14 of the European Convention on Human Rights ("ECHR") - at the same time.”[Quoted from the Tower Hamlets Council’s petition] “_What can this be? On the one hand the ‘petitioner Council’ is saying that they know there will be detrimental impacts on businesses and many of those are operated by – what a wonderful world of immorality and of obscenity do we get into here within the stinkingly racist framework recreated by the racist fabricator who confected that paragraph and oversaw that stupid petition, ‘black and minority ethnic community. Has anyone in the world ever come across any entity called ‘black and minority ethnic community? What can the Council be referring to? They don’t know the people that might, just might, be in the affected area. Not only is that racist ignorance itself a violation of the human rights of the people in the area but the later ‘mitigation’ ‘sought by the 'petitioning’ corrupt Council is not much help either. It says, “that an action plan for mitigation against any impacts is reduced..”. Where does that leave the area? It leaves the area right within the CrossRail plan! The petition therefore is exposed as a lie. It is Not against the Crossrail plan but a stupid supplication at the expense of the community -whose image has been dehumanised in the language of the racist petitioner council. The disfigured community is being shown once again as being incapable of rejecting the corrupt plan and vicariously dependent on the twisted advocacy skills of a bunch of liars installed in the Tower Hamlets council in the misrepresented name of the people who are the targets of the crass Crossrail hole attack plan._[To be continued]_This written and filed at 1105 Hrs GMT London Saturday 3 June 2006]

Part 3
One of the first things that springs to mind when looking at the contents of the actual CrossRail Bill – and contemplating the massive volumes of lies that are contained in the ‘supporting documents’ and in the many paid advertisements carried in the ethnicity-linked ‘publications’ and in the ‘local press’# based in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets – is that its is a crass Bill.
Nowhere is this so than in its promoting as ‘cleverly’ attempted by the corrupt clique on Tower Hamlets Council-'based' pro-Crossrail-hole-attack touts who confected the confected of the ‘petition’ in the name of the corporate entity of the London Borough of Tower Hamlets Council>There is no rationality in their conceptions.
There is no human recognition of what the East End of London is

Previous parts of this examination:
Crossrail Bill and the Tower Hamlets Council’s formally presented petition about it
Examined and analysed by Muhammad Haque
Here is a very textually representative part from the formally submitted petition by the London borough of Tower Hamlets Council for the stated consideration of the UK House of Commons Select Committee on CrossRail which is due to look at the Council’s submission starting on Tuesday 6 June 2006:-
“
There will also be further, significant development and regenerating in the Borough, such as the Bishopsgate Goods Yard and the Aldgate Development Scheme and other major regeneration now that London's bid to host the 2012 Olympics has been successful. _There will also be the consolidation of the ODPM's vision for growth in the Lower Lea Valley. It is therefore crucially important that proper consideration is given to the cumulative impacts that these and other projects will have on the surrounding areas and that appropriate measures are put in place to mitigate any such effects.
”
This is taken from one of a total of FIVE references to ‘regeneration’ as contained in the formal petition submitted to the UK House of Commons CrossRail Bill Select committee by the or in the name of the London Borough of Tower Hamlets Council.
The language, the concepts used are so significant that we shall spend some space and time in going into the depth of this package of lies for CrossRail.
Why is it a package of lies?
Because it is.
In all the publicity ‘news conferences’ that the controlling clique on Tower Hamlets Council staged [in the weeks after the 22 January 2006 Khoodeelaar demand – to which we shall return later] to get across the 'promise' or ‘the achievement’ [or the carrot] that their ‘petition’ [the document that THIS REVIEW is now examining] had ‘protected’’ or 'helped’ and even ‘campaigned’ for the community and had done so AGAINST the Crossrail hole attack! The one word that they used and the one concept they overloaded every single one of their liaisons with the so-called ethnicity-linked ‘journalists’ with was the word and the concept known as ‘regeneration’

It is a term so false and so untruthful that I decided during the last decade to rearrange it and call it in context DEGENERATIN.
However, before extensively looking at the evidence of the obscenity of inner London degeneration that has been extended to and superficially 'ethnicity-linkingly' created across the East End by the corrupt clique that brought, invited and welcomed the Crossrail hole plan scheme Bill attacks on the East End, it is very important to learn exactly what they have in fact said in that petition to the Crossrail hole Bill select committee.
By that word and concept the controlling clique on Tower Hamlets Council meant to say that the Crossrail hole attack was in fact a ‘blessing’ because the line would bring chances of ‘regeneration’ in the Brick Lane London E1 area, in the Whitechapel London E1 area.
So it would follow that there would have been some evidence of some actual statement of some actual facts in the petition showing facts of how there would be at least the correlative and consequential possibility or the grounds for the plausibility of accepting the statement that regeneration would be taking place for the betterment of the lives of the people who are the targets of the devastating Crossrail hole plan attacks Bill..
In that event, that is, in the event of such occurrences in the ‘petition’ of ‘regeneration’, they would also have to have been citations or references to evidence of the logically compulsory next concept [or series of components in the same overall concept] which addresses the matter of the human resources and the economic context of the area.
There is none.
There is no truthful, accurate, authentic, compulsory , genuine recognition of the community bin the area that has been the subject of the Crossrail assault and the subject of the Tower Hamlets Council’s touting, colluding, misleading ‘petition’ in the name of the ‘community’.
There is neither the occurrence of the human elements nor indeed of the economic the social or the sociological or the environmental resources, realities and experiences to do with any part of the Brick Lane, Whitechapel London E1 area.
Instead, there is an overloaded reference to John Prescott’s erstwhile cabinet portfolio.
That I should be writing and publishing this dissection of the Tower Hamlets Council’s crassly conceived Crossrail hole Bill ‘petition’ in the morning of Thursday 1 June 2006 when I have also seen the ‘news’ on the morning papers in London that the very same John Prescott has been forced to give up his ‘luxury grace and grace and favour mansion’ known as Dorneywood in Buckinghamshire is not only ironic but very telling indeed.
For long I have argued that the ODPM, the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister was an Odious Department that had been or could only have been created by some odiously unrepresentative time-servers who had gotten hold of the levers of power under Tony Blair and were brazenly abusing those.
One act of abuse has been those perpetrators’ appointment of people like certain Tower Hamlets councillors to unelected and unaccountable quangos, bodies like the Thames Gateway Partnership Forum which they then sued to create a mass eviction of communities out of the peoples' homes and out of their neighbourhoods.
The Tower Hamlets Council’s petition is not a petition at all.
It is another Crossrail-hole-backing pernicious piece of fabrication intended to mislead the local community into 'believing' that Tower Hamlets Council decision-makers on Crossrail were on the side of the community.
They are not on the side of the community

What is the Crossrail Bill actually about?
Why is there so much fuss about it in the East End of |London?
What does it say about economic benefits
The myth about the Crossrail Bill that we, the Khoodeelaar! No to Crossrail hole, campaign object to most is that it the Cross London Rail Link [the full name of the 'Crossrail' scheme], will ‘bring benefits’ to the East End of London.
We object it on the evidence as contained in the Crossrail Bill itself.
The Bill makes NOT ONE reference to the economics at all!
So, where did this hype about it bringing economic benefits come from?
It comes from the parade of liars whom the Big Business forces hiding behind the scheme, hired as touts to propel the scheme
One of those touts has been the London Borough of Tower Hamlets Council, the very ‘democratic locally elected body’ which is supposed to uphold the rights and the interests of the local people. That body has been the chief tout in this propaganda.
Examined in conjunction with the contents of the ‘petition’ as submitted to the MPs ‘Crossrail Bill select committee’, the contents of the ‘Crossrail Bill’ are exposed as shallow, pointless and so profoundly fallacious that no reasonable person could be expected to take it at all seriously. Let alone being expected to find more than £20 Billion of public money to waste on it.
We go into the chapter and verse of the shallowness in this examination later on.
How that Bill needs to be scrapped and how it will cause more wastes and not solve the transport 'needs' of London

The Khoodeelaar! Analysis and dissecting of the Crossrail Bill: How that Bill needs to be scrapped and how it will cause more wastes and not solve the transport 'needs' of London

This is a word that must be only displayed when a serious health warning has been attached to its display.
The allied, implied and understood suggesting was that if the voters at the then scheduled 4 May 2006 council elections backed the sitting group of councillors then there would be ‘benefits’ in the form of money by way of grants for ‘community groups;’ and ‘community jobs’.

Brown faces winter of discontent
David Smith, Steven Swinford and Isabel Oakeshot
Gordon Brown faces a “winter of discontent” of damaging industrial disputes following last week’s gloomy news on the economy.
Last-ditch talks to call off this week’s planned three-day strike by postal workers will take place tomorrow at the Trades Union Congress after both sides accepted an invitation from Brendan Barber, the TUC general secretary.
Union leaders have warned of further disruptive strikes in the pipeline. These will hit the public and will draw comparisons with the winter of discontent of 1978-9, which contributed to the election defeat of James Callaghan, Labour’s then prime minister.
The threatened wave of disputes comes after official figures showed the economy shrank by 0.4% in the third quarter, dealing a blow to government hopes that the economy was pulling out of recession. Writing in The Sunday Times today David Cameron, the Tory leader, says Britain desperately needs a radical change of direction.

Strike backlog of 30m undelivered letters
Apart from the postal strike, which has resulted in tens of millions of delayed items and threatened the livelihood of thousands of small businesses, a wave of other disputes is looming.
Tomorrow several thousand drivers with FirstGroup, the bus and rail company, will strike against a pay freeze. The action will threaten services on routes in Essex, Yorkshire, Wigan, Bolton and Bury.
Holidaymakers flying out from Stansted airport will face disruption in the run-up to Christmas as 90 ground services staff are axed. Swissport, which operates ground services for Ryanair, plans to introduce a new staff shift system which has been labelled “unworkable” by the GMB union.
A GMB source said: “It’s passengers who are going to get the raw end. There is no question about it: there will be delays and disruption and people’s luggage will be chucked around, because there simply will not be enough handlers.”
The union representing the 14,000 cabin crew of British Airways could ballot members this week over a Christmas strike.
BA announced plans earlier this month to cut 1,700 full-time jobs, enforce a two-year pay freeze and reduce the cabin crew on its 57 Boeing 747s from 15 to 14. After taking legal advice Unite, the union, is preparing for strike action.
Willie Walsh, the chief executive of BA, is refusing to back down. A BA official said: “Willie is determined not to lose this one.”
A strike by refuse workers in Leeds will enter its eighth week tomorrow, with no sign of a resolution. Repeated walkouts by bin men have led to rubbish piling up on the streets, raising fears of health hazards. There are signs that the action, by the GMB, could spread to Sheffield and Bradford.
Network Rail has threatened to sack its entire maintenance workforce of 13,000 and re-employ a reduced number of workers on new terms and conditions in order to make huge budget cuts.
Bob Crow, general secretary of the RMT rail union, has warned of strikes on Network Rail if there are forced redundancies. He said the union would have “no hesitation” in balloting members for strike action if any workers were forced out.
The RMT is also balloting 10,000 London Underground workers for Christmas strike action over a pay dispute. In June a 48-hour strike by the union’s members crippled the Tube and affected 1.5m commuters. The union is now preparing for further action after being offered a 1.5% pay rise from April next year, with an additional rise linked to the Retail Prices Index.
Crow said: “The offer is unacceptable. There is increasing evidence that workers are not prepared to accept that they are to blame for this recession. They are standing up for their jobs and working conditions.”
Downing Street insisted yesterday that the prime minister is not rattled by the looming wave of industrial action. Ministers are consoling themselves that the recession has not triggered demonstrations on the streets by people out of work.
Ministers fear that the threatened strikes will add to the impression among voters that the government has lost control of the economy.
The government is keen to see an early resolution to the postal strike, after the unions blamed Lord Mandelson, the business secretary, for sabotaging a deal to end the dispute.
“This is a welcome development,” Mandelson said yesterday of the talks to resolve the postal dispute. “The offer by the TUC presents a real opportunity to break the deadlock. I hope both sides will take this chance to make progress.”
A Royal Mail spokesman said that it was trying to clear the backlog of undelivered letters as quickly as possible before the next threatened round of strikes.
He denied union reports that 65m items of post had been delayed in the strikes and said the figure Royal Mail was working with remained at 30m.
A spokesman for the Communication Workers Union said: “The CWU has been calling for talks and is pleased that Royal Mail has now agreed to return to negotiations.
The TUC played a key role in 2007 in resolving issues between the two parties and we hope they will help to resolve the dispute this time.”
This week’s postal strikes would involve 43,700 staff across Britain.

The primary cause of the current economic crisis was cheap money and an asset bubble, not least in housing. Politicians (Brown as Chancellor) and Central Bankers (Greenspan in particular) are the prime culprits.
This administration reminds me of a middle ranking school bully; terrified of the bigger bullies higher up the chain and in compensation giving an extra hard slap to the people below.

That the final actions of this administration will consist of doing nothing on bonuses and MPs expenses but instead freeze the pay of millions of low paid workers to pay for the unnecessary, knee-jerk bail-out of the banking sector is so predictable.
This government (and Brown and his fabled viiisiooon) are nothing less than an elected obscenity (un-elected in the case of Brown).

It is not Browns or Darlings fault they were simply not up to the job & they really should in honour resign in the present circumstances or call an election. Whichever party gets in the economy will be on its knees for the next five years or so.

The political car crash that is New Labour is entering its predictable final phase.
We have had 12 years of tinkering from an administration that has enjoyed the sort of majority that could, with real leadership, courage and vision, have provided the leverage for real change in this country.
Instead we have had an administration that prostituted itself to the City dazzled by the wealth and tax revenues.
Take the FSA, no action on bonuses, but action to prevent freelancers and the self-employed getting self-cert mortgages; despite the Council of Mortgage Lenders saying that self-cert mortgages (47% of all mortgages were self-cert in 2007) are not the issue.
I do not accept that the bail-out was the only option; I do not believe that allowing the banks to fail would have led to Armageddon and the end of civilisation as we know it. I do believe it would have been a new beginning. Germany is out of recession, has an economy based on high added value manufacturing and a small fit for purpose banking sector.
From an ex-Labour voter; or I will be on Election Day – can’t wait.

Khoodeelaar! The economic, the analytical, the evidential, the environmental, the ethical campaign against “the agenda of the Crossrail scam.” has shown that the phrase ‘Crossrail will bring benefits.” is as crass, as corrupt, as untrue as the rest of the claims its touts and peddlers have made about the scam.
We have shown that the Big Business looters who contrived the scam as part of their looting propgramme have NEVER understood the factors that in fact are at play in the inner city East End of London. We have shown over the past five years and eight months, plus, [Saturday 31 January 2004 to today Sunday 25 October 2009] that the East End of London was being FURTHER deprived by the peddlers of CrossRail who also peddled the 2012 Games Hosting scam.
That BOTH are ploys to BRING INTO the East End operatives and operators who can then gain newer footholds and take over the area and deprive the inner city East London communities even more.
The politics of the ‘mainstream’ parties at the weekend in the UK have not brought about any change in the role of these parties. They are ‘led’ by varieties of stooges who are in hock to the real forces of the Military Industrial complex that is in fact dictating the agenda of the UK ‘political economy’. The bankruptcy of the ABSENCE of opposition is the core reason why there is unending and increasing deprivation in areas like the East End of London…
Add to those the perennially ‘hot’ [that is bought by the 'masses' who are manipulated at all times] issue of ‘immigration’ and dissect the revelation this weekend that there has been a deliberate policy of actively bringing in poor people from other countries and from other continents into the UK and then you find how corrupt, how callous and how dishonest the ‘ministers’ have been.
It is some of these ministers and their ilk that have been acting as the touts for the Crossrail scam. This is why we have dubbed Crossrail CRASSrail. And we have shown that it is crassly peddled, as it was crassly conceived as it has been crassly promoted…we shall be updating on the evidence in the course of the next days and weeks and months of how they have added another crucial crass component to their crass propaganda: the ETHNIC SURROIGATES.

Your piece [see texts below this comment] is misleading. That loan is NOT a benefit. It is a liability. And you have not told the basic facts. Transport for London [TfL] is incompetent and wasteful. It is irresponsible. As there is no real scrutiny of its actual conduct. Peter Hendy, the over-paid TfL front man, was typically smug earlier this eek about this liability. The mainstream [!] media let him get away with boasting about a liability that should not have been incurred in the first place. You have not said or even allowed for the inclusion of the possibility of the debt-servicing costs. In all their ramifications over the next years and decades. You have dressed up the debts-incurring ‘achievement’ as a gain! Which is not surprising at all. This is typical of the plugs being engineered by the forces behind the wasteful Crossrail scam. Every loss is painted as a gain, every debt and bonus payment to ‘the public’ at large! The grand con is being portrayed as benevolence! This has been going on since 2003 when the peddlers of the scam were regrouped under the auspices and control of the undemocratic, unaccountable forces plotting to loot the UK public under the guise of any number of adjectives that they can attach to this hyped up drain of public resource and diversion off the priorities in transport in and around London. When was the last time that you or any of your co-publishers across the crass-rolled-route published a single item of evidence that correlates the claims with the actual evidence on the ground? You have not done that. You could not do that. There is no correlative evidence justifying the hype let alone the debts. ALL ‘big construction’ projects by definition [=historic evidence found across the globe and over centuries] are irrational, wasteful. What is worse is the hype that surrounds them and their touts. The Crossrail Bill was not scrutinised by Parliament. The ‘regional MPs’, including Ms May [she of the 'formerly' 'nasty' party] colluded with the suppression of democracy. They chose to peddle their own little patches. That is short termist grandstanding in the extreme. That is worse than generally MPs getting caught in the scandals over expenses. The truth is that even Alistair Darling, the man who introduced the ‘CrossRail Bill’ formally to the House of Commons in February 2005 and who has been one of the series of touts for the Big Business pullers of the agenda string, has now found out that he was as careless and callous in his promotion of the scam as his co-peddlers. Darling’s admission in the past week that Gordon Brown’s claim about saving 500,000 UK jobs was ‘a lie’ [see the Mail on Sunday and the Daily Mail publishing outlets] merely confirms what we have known all along. As far as the KHOODEELAAR! Constitutional campaign against the ‘Crossrail agenda’ is concerned, we told BOTH Brown and Darling so. On jobs and other unspecified goodies that ‘CrossRail’ would ALLEGEDLY bring to areas like the ‘most deprived East End of London’, we have investigated all claims and we have researched thoroughly all aspects of the situation regarding jobs and the causes linking jobs and joblessness, and we have found no evidence that either G Brown or A Darling was telling the truth on this. Or indeed any of their other co-peddlers of the Crossrail scam. We have also queried other claims and have put those to BOTH versions of the ‘Select Committee’ ‘on the Crossrail Bill’ UK Houses of Parliament. Those two versions of the bogus Select Committee were stooged into being in the House of Commons and the House of Lords. In BOTH Houses, the members behaved as the stooges that they were. Neither Committee would tolerate the presentation of evidence on any aspect of the CORE of the CrossRail scam. Nor would they want to see the examination of the claims about benefits. Least of all about the over the top claims about the ‘regeneration’ of the ‘East End of London’ by Crossrail. The Select committees would not allow the quizzing of the ‘promoter’ [that is the Department for Transport, acting as the de facto front for such interests as BECHTEL] on any aspect of the state of transport in the UK generally, in the London region in auricular. They would not allow questions about the Rod Eddington report either to be put to the promoter let alone be pursued into the rest of the ‘supporting’ MPs and peers. There were hundreds of objections to the ‘Crossrail Bill’ filed by members of the public mainly from the affected immediate areas and beyond… But they were gagged. As we have been pointing out all along. What kind of democratic accountability was that? The behaviour of the two ‘Crossrail Bill’ “Select committees’ breached the very central rationale behind the concept of parliamentary scrutiny of executive action. In any objective definition. The Crossrail Bill ‘select committees’ and the two ‘;formally devised Houses’ then rubber stamped the scam and made it into the ‘Crossrail Act’ in July 2008. BOTH ‘main’ ‘Opposition’ parties in parliament behaved like stooges. They colluded with the controlling executive and they did so to suppress the evidence from getting out to the UK public. So when David Cameron says he wants to curtail debts and waste, he has to establish his own credentials on that. The record of his side and that of the Lib Dems in both Houses on Crossrail is one of undemocratic collusion with secret agenda being pushed by un-identified forces pulling the strings through parliament. This is admitted even by PRIVATE EYE magazine which identified one of the Transport Secretaries that has been in post during the Crossrail-peddling time, Douglas Alexander, as being linked via a former aide to him who in turn has been the key puller of the power strings on behalf of the USA conglomerate BECHTEL.

Crossrail gets £1bn boost from European bank
9:55am Tue 8th Sep 09:: written by Claire Smith
The Crossrail project has received a huge funding boost today after the European Investment Bank agreed to contribute a £1billion loan.
Transport for London announced today that Europe’s largest building project has secured what the Mayor of London, Boris Johnson, described as ‘one of the largest loans ever secured for a transport project’.
The construction of the network, which will stretch from Maidenhead and go through central London and out to Essex, began in May and is due to be completed in 2017.
TfL described the support as ‘international recognition of Crossrail’s importance and is a further milestone in the delivery of the project’.
Simon Brooks, vice-president of the European Investment Bank, said; “Crossrail is the largest construction project in Europe and will make an important contribution to London’s economy. “We at the EIB are delighted to support the project with this loan.”

Khoodeelaar, the Brick Lane, Whitechapel and Stepney London E1 Area campaign against Crossrail hole Bill [the ‘Crossrail Bill’ now3 in the UK House of Commons
1425 Hrs GMT London Wednesday 22 August 2007
The Khoodeelaar! No to Crossrail hole Bill campaign has argued, for 43 months now, that those who promote the scheme, do so without reason or logic or rationality. That is why; I have dubbed the entire scheme as CRASSrail. This is again borne out and vindicated by the uncaring and offensive excuse given by Adrian Ruck, a spokesman for First Great Western whom you have quoted as saying as follows:
"Improving disabled access will cost a huge amount of money, about £1.5m, but the station will be knocked down and completely rebuilt when CrossRail happens."
There is another similarly anti-social factor evident throughout the language of the pluggers of the CRASSrail scheme. It is that ‘when Crossrail is built, so and so problem will be solve4d’.
They are citing CrossRail as a panacea for all ills in society! Which proves the point that it is NOT about addressing the genuine transport needs of people in the region within the capacity and the potential of the UK economy.
In the case of inner city East End of London, the Crossrail hole plot-backers have been forced to change the phrases, the words they use. Depending on which ones we expose at a given time as being typical of the sham ‘thinking’ that has gone into the p[resent CrossRail plan, they change the word and replace it with one they think will not show up the crassness of Crossrail.
Is this a responsible, accountable way for a band of decision-makers to behave when they have been given the use – or the waste – of hundreds of millions of £ in the name of solving a particular aspect of the transport needs of London?
I could cite hundreds of stunts and sham words used by Crossrail hole-backer Ken Livingstone…
To summarize Livingstone’s tendency and mention, it is quite possible that he will claim that Crossrail is needed to get UK competitors to win in some of the planned events at the 2012 Olympic Games!

KHOODEELAAR! No to “Big Business scam agenda Crossrail hole plot…” camapgn told you so.
As we told the London EVENING STANDARD. We called the EVENING STANDARD ‘nostandards’. We did so because it carried only lies as it editorially peddled the Big Business wasteful scam and diversion during the occupation at the Onion by Ken Livingstone.
We told the ‘Undone Mayor’ Ken Livingstone himself too. And we gave him the ‘title’ "Undone mayor" on the basis of the evidence of his failures – and his incredibly brazen refusal- to tell the truth.
We called him UNDONE MAYOR for years before he was actually undone. Ousted from office by an election. That led to Boris Johnson getting into the Onion.
And admitting that *****y Hall was indeed an Onion. We had identified the Onion as far back as 2001 as part of the movement for democratic accountability of which KHOODEELAAR! is an integral part. We told the ‘local’ ‘East London Idiotiser’ so. Today, Thursday 22 October 2009, we are updating on some of those key analytical, diagnostic points, observations, findings and vindication. Our site at Twitter is the place to follow what we are publishing later this evening.

KHOODEELAAR! Action replay of Tower Hamlets Lib Dems' own unplugged role re Crossrail on 2 March 2006: Typical indeed! [6]

London
Sunday
18 October 2009
KHOODEELAAR! Reiterates today the FACT that there has not been a 'Tower Hamlets Liberal Democrats Party’ at all.
Not when it comes to policy. Not when it comes to holding the Council to account. Even less so when it comes to any parliamentary accountability.
Which is neither exceptional nor surprising.
As we have been reporting since the evening of Wednesday 15 October 2009, the blatant ignorance about Crossrail as exhibited by Vince Cable shows that Nick Clegg was indeed embarked on one of those silly trips in September when he repeated David Steele's unjustified command at the end of a previous form of the Lib Dems Party’s annual jamboree: '…prepare for Government'.
And yet Cable was ‘hailed’ as a deep thinker.
In fact he was even accompanied by an almost credible sort of briefing on the western news media’s sources on reports about the state of the OECD countries.
Hardly the stuff that would apply to the ‘underprivileged’ estates in and near Bethnal Green.
Vince Cable’s ignorance was not exceptional because it is ignorance that his Party ‘thrives on’.
What a contradictory phrase that is.
Typical of association with the Party that is most comfortable in ignorance!
Yes. Ignorance is stifling the Party in the East End of London.
It is full of that.
And it has been like that for years.
So when former councillor Louise Alexander successfully tabled a statement that fundamentally questioned the Crossrail scam, the ‘Party’ moved fast and issued a press release soon after Ms Alexander’s tabled motion, to ensure that the Party remained in the state of ignorance and irrelevance that it had been in for over 12 years already.
We have checked on the state of the Party after Vince Cable’s expression of ignorance on 15 October 2009 and we can confirm that the Lib Dems Party is doomed to stay irrelevant for years to come in the inner cities.
It is also committed to play second fiddle to the Blairing Party cabals in Tower Hamlets as well.
