KHOODEELAAR! Action replay of Tower Hamlets Lib Dems' own unplugged role re Crossrail on 2 March 2006: Typical indeed! [6]

KHOODEELAAR! Reiterates today the FACT that there has not been a 'Tower Hamlets Liberal Democrats Party’ at all.

Not when it comes to policy. Not when it comes to holding the Council to account. Even less so when it comes to any parliamentary accountability.

Which is neither exceptional nor surprising.

As we have been reporting since the evening of Wednesday 15 October 2009, the blatant ignorance about Crossrail as exhibited by Vince Cable shows that Nick Clegg was indeed embarked on one of those silly trips in September when he repeated David Steele's unjustified command at the end of a previous form of the Lib Dems Party’s annual jamboree: '…prepare for Government'.

And yet Cable was ‘hailed’ as a deep thinker.

In fact he was even accompanied by an almost credible sort of briefing on the western news media’s sources on reports about the state of the OECD countries.

Hardly the stuff that would apply to the ‘underprivileged’ estates in and near Bethnal Green.

Vince Cable’s ignorance was not exceptional because it is ignorance that his Party ‘thrives on’.

What a contradictory phrase that is.

Typical of association with the Party that is most comfortable in ignorance!

Yes. Ignorance is stifling the Party in the East End of London.

It is full of that.

And it has been like that for years.

So when former councillor Louise Alexander successfully tabled a statement that fundamentally questioned the Crossrail scam, the ‘Party’ moved fast and issued a press release soon after Ms Alexander’s tabled motion, to ensure that the Party remained in the state of ignorance and irrelevance that it had been in for over 12 years already.

We have checked on the state of the Party after Vince Cable’s expression of ignorance on 15 October 2009 and we can confirm that the Lib Dems Party is doomed to stay irrelevant for years to come in the inner cities.

It is also committed to play second fiddle to the Blairing Party cabals in Tower Hamlets as well.
