1715 GMT London Monday 28 December 2009 KHOODEELAAR! had asked Michael Martin, then speaker of the UK House of Commons, to take steps to ensure that due scrutiny of the contents of the 'Crossrail Bill' was being allowed.. Did Martin do that? Certainly not. Martin was ‘eased’ out of his post during 2009, paving the way for the bureaucratic installation of John Bercow in the speaker’s post. So, what has Martin’s 'successor' as speaker done to enable due scrutiny of the Executive by ‘a democratically honest and active’ UK House of Commons? We report here, shortly.

Khoodeelaar! Challenges Crossrail-promoters abuse of UK Parliament in breach of the UK's obligations under the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms

Khoodeelaar! today is asking the Speaker of the UK House of Commons to conduct an immediate inquiry into the abuses by the Crossrail plan promoters of the House of Commons Crossrail Bill select committee

Khoodeelaar! is publishing the key evidence on the Internet at 1300 Hrs GMT Wednesday 5 July 2006

The KHOODEELAAR! Campaign against CROSSRAIL HOLE BILL plan scheme attacks on the BRICK LANE WAND WHITECHAPEL LONDON E1 area has collected evidence showing that the House of Commons select committee on CrossRail bill has been made practically redundant. Opponents of the bill have been systematically prevented from presenting evidence thus making the whole process of 'parliamentary scrutiny of the contents of the bill’ invalid as far as the Crossrail bill is concerted.

The evidence has been collected as part of THE KHOODEELAAR! LEGAL action programme against the secretary of state fro transport mayor of London and the London borough of tower hamlets council, all of which have been abusing their powers and denying the local people the say that the people are supposed to have.
