Khoodeelaar! The evidential campaign against the “big Business scam Crossrail London…” told you so!
We have argued for now almost six years that the existing transport infrastructure in London needs urgent attention, that the London underground [‘tube’] railway system, is urgent need of serious repair and overhaul, that the buses and the other, smaller parts of the infrastructure as well as the actual standard and quality of service that people in and around London get from the exist sing transport ‘system’ need to be raised significantly, that there has NOT been and there is not any economic demand for the diversion of the limited transport budget away from that priority, that the Crossrail scam is a scam and it is scam because it is the product of Big Bossiness peddling it..
That the ordinary transport users of London have not asked for that diversion..
And that Alistair Darling, the UK finance minister [the title that that office carries in the UK is embarrassingly arcane and ludicrous; Chancellor of the Exchequer] who was the Tony Blair cabinet minister at Transport Department in 2004, was told that CrossRail crass and that he, Alistair Darling, should apply the r4epciortes to addressing the existing infrastructure problems and emergencies and needs.
That we did the telling.. That was almost six years before Simon Jenkins wrote the article in April 2009 and echoed a significant part of what we had said and what we have been saying for nearly six years..
That the same thing is true of the stance now taken by the ECONOMIST magazine [London, UK] which late last year [2008] began to say some of the key evidential things against the UK Govt funding of CrossRail scam that we, the KHOODEELAAR! Campaign against Crossrail hole scam, have been saying for the past almost six years.. The above is an updated summary [at 2100 Hrs GMT on Saturday 01 August 2009] of the key evidence of the movement against big business’s stooging of the UK ‘Parliament’.
We here refer again to the admission by the UK Establishment house journal, ‘Private Eye’ of the role played by the Military Industrial Complex of the USA via one of their key members, BECHTEL, that in effect set the agenda and ran the ‘Crossrail’ agenda through the UK Houses of Parliament by utilising the services of an aide that had been linked with a UK Transport minister, Douglas Alexander….
We have shown also that the Palace of Westminster is in effect the Palace of Ghostsminster.
How? By the fact and the evidence of the behaviour of MPs and Peers. At their ordinary, the UK MPs are self-serving. And in their secret, private, ‘redacted’ [and redactive] mode and propensity, they are even worse. And in between, they are useless.. A
s we found when we observed the so-called Select Committee of MPs set up by Blair in July 2005 to ‘scrutinise’ the Crossrail Bill [19 July 2005, House of Commons] That MPs’ ‘stooged committee’ had its counterpart in the UK Hosue fo PEE-ers, who behaved exactly as the Mps version.
There was of course the BECHTEL and other place men and place women links between the two stooged committees…
The personnel involved in the formal fronting and decision-making were noticeably linked with the agenda of sabotaging whatever parliamentary sovereignty the MPs and Peers were supposedly upholding, complying with and respecting….…
It is as a result of all those factors, that the CURRENT crassness about and around CRASSrail is on display…
Take a look at this evening’s randomly selected pieces of ‘news’ in the ‘mainstream’ UK media as supplied by the Goggle search engine… It is very clear that CRASSrail is NOT about transport.
That it is not about MEETING THE k ECONOMIC NEEDS.
That it is emphatically NOT about the concerns and priorities of people who use and would like to use the transport ‘services’ in London… It is very clear that CRASSrail is about continuing crassness of conduct by the peddlers of the scam….This is in short another reason why the scam should be scrapped….

We are asserting that Hammond’s later ‘commitment to it’ [as gleefully reported by the Crossrail lobby fronted by the London EVENING STANDARD] is proof of the stooging that is already taking place ‘within Govt’ under the unmistakable influence of the Big Business Military industrial complex lobby bent on looting the UK public of £Billions through contracts that are flaunted as ‘plausible sounding’ banner of ‘big infrastructure projects’. That banner was one of the stupidest and the most dishonest ones that were deployed by the gravely ill advised and outdated entrance of Gordon Brown into the arena of reviving the mythological economic policy linked with the over-mythologised, over-hyped ‘doctrine’ as attributed to John Maynard Keynes. Who is Phillip Hammond? Indeed! He is [as has been for the past 3-4 days only after the Lib Dem Con party ‘deal’ began to appear to take shape in terms of UK Govt departments being allocated ‘ministers’] the holder of the post of “Secretary of State” [that is a cabinet one] for Transport at the UK’s Daft DfT! In our view and on the evidence, Crossrail is a most typical example of the daftness of the DfT. It is inconceivable that either Justine Greening or Theresa Villiers would have come out with those statements of reservation about CrossRail had there been no evidence which the then ‘shadow Conservative cabinet’ possessed about CrossRail justifying the reservations on the scam. It is also significant that neither Phillip Hammond nor George Osborne gave any remotely mentionable endorsement to the CrossRail scam at any time in the past three years. Neither Osborne nor Cameron stated anything at any time in the one month run up to the Election 2010 showing any sign of evidentially justifiable confidence in the Big Business agenda Crossrail scam. He has ill advisedly specified his commitment of more debts-creation by continuing to put UK public money into CRASSRail. But he has not said a word about transport in London. We say that this distinction is crucial indicator of Alistair Darling’s dishonesty, confusion and of his touting role for Big Business. He has also made utterances that appear to be against the Bankers’ bonuses but in truth Darling has caved in to the bankers. He has said that the bonuses have to be ‘reasonable’. He then ‘hopes’ that the UK public get ‘all our money back’ from the sale of the banks in a ‘few years time’. Notice the soft pedal on that. He ‘hopes’ that the public will get the £Billions back from the stipulated sale of the banks… He is true to form. This is the same Alistair darling who paid £100 Million to a secretive cabal in connection with the Crossrail scam. Four years on there has been no accounts published of where that money went. We ought to have devoted more time and space to covering the doings and the undoing of Alan Meale. Especially because he it was who was appointed to serve as the notional chair in the stooged MPs’ ‘select committee’ that’ operated as the touts in the House of Commons for the Big Business Crossrail scam agenda ‘Crossrail Bill”. It was Meale who was the most obstructive. He expressly blocked the inclusion and or presentation of evidence that would have showed the crassness of Crossrail. Meale’s obstruction was aimed at ordinary campaigners who had submitted formal objections [ridiculously called 'petitions'] against the Crossrail Bill as well as one of Meale’s own ‘ex-colleagues’ and longstanding ‘friends’, the ‘Bethnal Green and Bow MP’ George Galloway. We have already reported on over 20 separate occasions about Galloway’s appearance in June 2006 before Meale’s stooged committee. We shall do so again and update on that in due course. We shall be reporting in greater detail on Meale’s abysmal role than we have done so far. Alan Meale, a former environment minister who represents Mansfield, also claimed reimbursement of a £2,000 bill from a "horticulturalist" to clear trees and shrubbery at his Nottinghamshire constituency home. Other reimbursed expenses included more than £7,000 for redecorating the detached property, which he designated as his second home with the parliamentary authorities, and furnishing it with window shutters and new steps leading to his French doors. His expenses claims show that he received more than £7,300 for decorating and repairing his constituency home. How the BBC allows presenter to insult viewers and guests on 'newspaper reviews'

The BBC 'News Channel' stages an almost regular slot in the evening in which it allows one of its 'regular' presenters Chris 'Sick' Ekin to use as a pretext to insult the alleged 'newspaper reviewer’ journalists appearing in the slot. Sickin does the insulting with unconcealed brazenness and lack of dignity. Some sort of license must be in operation allowing this ignorant man to do this. The Guardian newspaper group has been sending in a pair of its own female staffers for some time now... This one, Allegra Stratton, is relatively infrequent. Kate Bevan is the one who has been more frequent recently. Bevan is very accommodating. She has put on display skills that were on show to a slightly lesser extent this evening in how Ms Stratton handled her appearance in the 4-minute slot [a total of 7 minutes altogether adding up both bits on either side of the 1100 news bulletin]. Both have shown flexibility that Michael White has refused to show, especially when he was last noticed [by AADHIKARonline] in the same slot as fronted by Chris Sickin. White must have felt totally outraged at Sickin’s repeated personal comments about, no, against him. Alan Rusbridger [the man who is at the top of the heap at the Guardian after or very near Polly Toynbee] must have decided that Rupert Murdoch’s SKY TV channel was a much more dignified place for Michael White than the BBC. And in their regional counterparts elsewhere in ‘England and Wales’ [Anomalies and banalities disguised as ‘constitutional arrangements’] featured as the alleged sharp critic of failures by schools across ‘England’. The Daily Mail does not say it but the INDEPENDENT manages to fake a critical note on Gilbert herself. The Daily Telegraph group carries a headline a bit nearer the truth on this. It uses the phrase ‘jack of all trade’ to describe the current [frenetic, media-cultivating] state of OFSTED which we interpret as being linked with Christine Gilbert’s ‘confidence’ that she is able to ‘dare her pupils’ almost in a way that Chris Woodhead had done before her. In the years between the end of Woody [a term of ‘endearment’ ! used by Nicky Campbell now on Radio 5 to describe the man] C Woodhead’s term and the start of C Gilbert’s, there have been a few holders of that post. All of THOSE were more racist in their role than either Woody had been or Christine Gilbert has been so far. But there the ‘distinction’ vanishes. In their roles, EVERY OFSTED INSPECTOR hid the truth and peddled packs of lies. Christine’s pack is most suited to her need to stay afloat. The question arises from the ‘role’ the Daily Telegraph has played in the reporting of MPs’ expenses claims and other fiddles. And it also arises from what Celia Walden herself said – or attempted to say – on the BBC News Channel ‘newspaper slot’ under the nervous and irrational interference and impositions by fronter Chris Ekin. The main link between this Walden [her father being George Walden, of the Daily Telegraph-backed UK CON party] and the Daily Telegraph, is the fact Celia Walden CAN delve quite factually and informatively into a subject if she sets her mind to it. We say this in the context of the recent jibes, which we consider sexist, about her looks and made by the “Private Eye” of Ian Hislop, the significantly challenged personality who has himself featured as a caricature in the Daily Mail’s political gossip column in the past few months. That Celia Walden is most probably better looking on any stage or platform than Ian Hislop in his BBC-paid-for attires cannot be held against her! ‘Shurely’ not, especially when it is recalled that Hislop’s professional ‘father’ Richard Ingrams, himself hero-worshipped the Telegraph’s Deeds and has promoted the Telegraph on every available excuse and opportunity for the best part of 50 years now. We have already shown our independent estimation of Celia Walden’s journalistic abilities by linking to one of her previous pieces [published shortly before the 01 May 2008 ‘elections’ re ‘mayor’ in the name of the people of London] in which she promoted Boris Johnson and his father Stanley Johnson. In fact the timing and the contents of that piece show that Celia Walden was orchestrated to do a promotion piece for Boris Johnson with his father Stanley being used as a reporting prop. So the ‘mystery’ why she has not written, or rather not been allowed to write a serious piece about the possible existence, the likely size and the probable composition of Boris Johnson’s brain is to be found in what the proprietors of the organ want. After all, Boris Johnson himself is still an overly generously paid “employee” of the same title. And measured by his ‘explanation about’ the ‘chicken feed’ sum [of more than £200,000.00] that he is paid for lending his name to 50 odd pieces a year, it is quite possible that no one, Celia Walden included, is going to be allowed to really write an objective piece about Boris Johnson and see it published freely by the Daily Telegraph group. Not for at least another 3 years… Which shows that contrary to the impression created by the Daily Telegraph’s covering of the series of MPs expenses and Peers’ fiddles earlier this year [and still continuing to a lesser extent], the title is as shy about holding to account all holders of political office as any of its rival titles linked with their own pet politicos is… No ‘danger’ of the truth really coming out through the Daily Telegraph group then! It follows therefore that the London Daily Telegraph is not about to REVEAL something no other ‘mainstream’ commercial print title in the UK has done, yet and say that CROSSRAIL is going to be scrapped because all the fiddlers touts ands stooges of the Big Business Bechtel-linked string pullers from behind the scenes have found out how crass the whole thing is…And 'guess' what! It all came out because of the extraordinary brain powers possessed by Boris Johnson, as boasted of by his father Stanley Johnson, in amongst other places, that interview with Celia Walden published just before the 01 May 2008 elections...!!!! We are linking the piece because of one particular part in which it says that Boris [Oops! “Johnson’] Snr was claiming that Boris Johnson KNEW what he was doing and saying. We are doing this today, Friday 20 November 2009 when the Guardian, another crass role-playing peddler of the Crossrail scam, has in effect confessed to the crassness of the CrossRail scam. The Guardian is carrying a plug piece to the CBI’s self-seeking ‘director general’ Richard Lambert. In that plug, there is a supposed irony in a reference to the huge hole being created by CROSSRAIL in central London, not far at all from, Lambert’s CBI HQ…. We have over the years, exposed the bankruptcy of Lambert and showed what an emptiness he is when it comes to fully understanding the components of the economy. The London newspaper outlet the Daily Telegraph's features writer Celia Walden was stopped from doing a spontaneous review of Friday's newspapers. She found herself stopped mid sentence by BBC News Channel fronter Chris Ekin. Ekin is the notorious presenter on the late evening shifts on BBC News Channel who attacked G20 protesters in April 2009. Everything Ekin said later was proven to be false and wrong. The BBC are quite callous and they don’t realise the fakery of having a slot allegedly for professional journalist to comment on newspaper coverage. That is totally degraded by Ekin sickeningly overtaking the entire length of the already heavily scripted exercise... What Ekin did was to prevent Celia Walden from getting anywhere reasonably into the substance of the MPs’ sleaze-ball behaviour, as typified by the Daily Telegraph's latest report on David Curry…. Labour, Lib Dem and Green London Assembly members have joined forces to implore Mayor of London Boris Johnson to reconsider plans to charge developers at Elephant & Castle a levy to fund Crossrail. Last month we reported on Southwark Council's concern that a plan by Boris Johnson to raise £300 million towards the cost of Crossrail from office developers in the Central Activities Zone (CAZ) would deter developers from building at the Elephant & Castle and hamper much-needed transport improvements. The Mayor wants to change the London Plan to allow him to demand contributions towards the east-west rail link from the promoters of large office developments in central London. Developers in north Southwark and north Lambeth would be stung for the Crossrail levy even though the proposed rail link doesn't come near either borough. Now three London Assembly members – the Green Party's Jenny Jones (who is also a Southwark councillor), Lib Dem Caroline Pidgeon (who also represents Southwark's Newington ward) and Labour's Valerie Shawcross (the constituency member for Lambeth & Southwark) have written a joint letter to Boris Johnson highlighting their "serious concerns" and urging him to reconsider. he project is in a fragile state "The multiple damaging impact of the loss of the Cross River Tram, plus the serious economic climate and the delays by TfL on the funding negotiations for the Elephant & Castle scheme, mean that the project is in a fragile state," warn the three AMs. They argue that including Elephant & Castle in the Crossrail levy area "could be the final straw in the viability of the scheme". The letter continues: "The amount of money you would raise at the Elephant & Castle would be minimal in the overall project, but could halt the much-needed regeneration. There is so much to put right at the Elephant & Castle. It seems absurd that one important scheme could cause a serious setback to another." Mayor: I'll do all I can to see regeneration goes ahead The Mayor argues that Crossrail and the Elephant & Castle regeneration need not be mutually exclusive. "The Mayor wants to ensure that local people and businesses in Elephant and Castle are able to enjoy the benefits of both regeneration of the area and Crossrail, and he intends to do all he can to make sure both happen," said a spokesman for Boris Johnson. "Crossrail will relieve congestion on the rail and Underground networks all over the capital, and not just in places that are directly served by the line. That is why the Mayor has put forward proposals to use the planning system to seek financial contributions for Crossrail from major new office developments – which give rise to additional congestion – in the Central Activities Zone. This area includes Southwark, which will particularly benefit from reduced congestion on the Jubilee Line when Crossrail is up and running. "Each case will be looked at carefully on its merits, and factors like the viability of a scheme will be carefully weighed when decisions about contributions are taken." Lend Lease deal still not signed Southwark Council's forward plan now indicates that the signing of the crucial development agreement between the authority and Lend Lease has slipped to May 2009 – 17 months behind the original schedule. The council continues to attribute the hold-up to Transport for London delays in providing cost estimates relating to the rebuilding of the Northern line tube station at the Elephant. "TfL is working with the London Borough of Southwark and the developer designate (Lend Lease) on a multi-modal feasibility study of the Elephant and Castle including possible changes to the underground station," said Boris Johnson in a written answer published last week. "This work is not complete. Initial qualified cost information will become available in January 2009, with further information to follow through in summer 2009 when the full study report is scheduled to be completed."

And about the role of other CRASSrail-agenda peddlers in place in the Brown-fronted, Blair-fronted Blaired regimes in the UK in the past 12 years. But ITV London news NEVER told the truth on any occasions about Crassrail. They have now realised that the truth is somewhat impossible. Because of the undeniable wave of evidence about just how corrupt the UK Parliament is, some of the truth about that has become irrepressible. At least on aspects of the roles played by some of those. So, in the past 2 hours they have carried the ‘news’ that only in principle sheds light on the dishonourable roles played by the peddlers…. And we did warn BOTH [Blair and Brown] about allowing Tony McNulty to appear to be beyond the reach of the minimal moral reproach that 'still' 'just about' existed and ‘still’ ‘exists’ [albeit very marginally] in the UK... What a crass response we have seen from all three.. Not surprising then that ALL three have been peddling the agenda of the CrossRail scam one way or another.. What we had observed about the mechanical, motor-mouth utterances and appearances by Tony McNulty on all aspects of the discredited, deficit-begetting regimes of Blair and Brown was the irrationality of his media-disseminated disposition and his apparently, visually contemptuous demeanor towards the ordinary public and viewing members of the community. On the evidence IN CONTEXT of those appearances and utterances, McNulty was not aware of the callousness that he was increasingly personifying in his defiance on all issues that he was being floated to flog… Whether McNulty’s apology as staged in the UK House of Commons today [Thursday 29 October 2009] will change the culture of complicity with sleaze and corruption that dominates the Palace of Stooges at Westminster is another matter altogether. The ‘records’ of the ‘ELA’s ‘ decline as created by Roy Greenslade [via the London GUARDIAN] and assorted ‘trade’ ‘titles’ would suggest that the’ East London Idiotiser’ was being ground down by the corrupt clique on Tower Hamlets Council for the IDIOTISER’s camapgn against corruption…. [and other myths fostered by the trade titles with a bit of help from the Idiotising ‘editor’ Malcolm S**********]. The Khoodeelaar! Campaign has long held the view based on evidence that the ‘ELA’ is letting down the community. We have chronicled the title’s decline as a ‘local journal’. We have relied on evidence that was originally used by CBRUK , the main sponsoring movement behind KHOODEELAAR! 1535 Hrs GMT London Thursday 7 May 2009: UK Treasury Ministers Yevette Cooper and Stephen Timms appeared in the House of commons on Wednesday. It was another finance Bill event. In the course of the appearance, Yvette Cooper exchanged ‘statements’ with her opposition counterpart Phillip Hammond.. Unlike her normal presentation of being a controlled, composed persona, Ms Cooper was in a fighting mode.. Especially as she played what looked like a scripted act, heavily based on her ability to look opposed to Thatcherism..What a contrast that was. To the acts OF Thatcherism that she and her fellow ministers had been implementing in the almost 11 years that had gone by since the brigade took up the crusade for Thatcherism... Yes. That word, Crusade, is intended to be here... Back to Ms Cooper’s dramatic performance..She caused a historic event. Sh made Stephen timms sitting not far from her, actually look as if he was smiling! Not a mean achievement, that. As a diversion. What nobody could even want to smile about is the the behaviour in power that Ns Cooper is party to and part of. What does she know about Crossrail that we don’t? Apparently she was 'berating' Hammond for his failure to give a clear undertaking to BACK Crossrail.. We are challenging Yvette Cooper to substantiate any of her assertions about and for CRASSrail...
