The BBC's news and factual programmes and reporting outlets suppressed the facts of the objectors who did speak against the Crossrail Bill in the actual building called ‘the Palace of Westminster'.

The BBC hid the fact that Alan Meale, the Mansfield MP who was the stooged chair of the  stooged ‘Crossrail Bill Select Committee’ [2005-2008] was nothing more substantial  than a piece of plastic with no evidence that he had a politically, constitutionally,  legally engaged  brain  far less an active mind engaged in thought within a universally recognisable moral and ethical framework          Before the day was out, Jon Sopel was given an extra slot tonight [Tuesday 06 April 2010] on the BBC TV news Channel  to reinforce his ego  with a variety of trips and even had a 'guest' on opining that the Lib Dems' Vince Cable was 'thought of' in some quarters’ [he was ‘conscientious’ enough to point out!!], as a ..... Saint!  Sopel didn't challenge him to produce a shred of evidence, let alone a papal decree or validation! In substantiation of that grotesquely stupid utterance. It was clear from the utterances of the idiotic ‘correspondents’ that the  BBC was now engaged as a commentator on the colour  and the images on the sides of the Lib Dems’ ‘campaign bus’….  And it was only the first working day after the eastern holidays… nor did any of the studio guests, placed to give expert opinions on the day's peddling that Sopel had taken so central a part in perpetrating from ‘the Green’ opposite the building housing the Palace of Ghostsminster.  At this rate, the BBC will be able soon to celebrate the one achievement it has been craving for decades - the total moronisation, zombification of the viewers and listeners... The BBC's 'political editor' Nick 'itv-sick' Robinson  pronounced Vince Cable as Nick Clegg's political wife! It is on that evidence logical to wonder why the BBC bothers to  wait for any staging of any ‘election’, however hypothetical the one announced by G Brown during the day today. Why not declare a list of MPs and then appoint the cabinet complete with a suitably selected PM? All done by the BBC! And saving ‘the viewing Nation/s so much waste of the licence-paid cash’! When the ‘House of Commons’ ‘Crossrail Bill Select Committee’ was formally ‘concluded’ and the next  stage of the stooging task passed on to the equally bogus counterparts set up in the ‘House of Peers’, the BBC broadcast a totally untruthful package and claimed that three of the Mps who had sat on the stooged Crossrail; Bill C Select Committee had done really serious arduous work! Predictably, the BBC did not cite one single objectively verifiable instance of rigorous work that the ‘CrossRail Bill Select committee’ had done or been called on to do by anyone. If the BBC was about telling the truth as known and experienced by people in the ordinary communities across the UK then ALL SELECT COMMITTEES would have to be disbanded on the ground that they were on another planet and that they were insanely suppressing and or denying all relevant and   obvious facts and that the MPs that sat as their members were in need of sustained and prolonged  EDUCATION.  So total is the disconnection between MPs and the real people. And the BBC has been playing a central part in keeping the disconnection alive… DUMMOcracy is what the BBC prefers and Dummocracy is what the BBC has helped to create in Britain. No wonder the BBC treats the election as a joke. And you can see what a farce the very idea of covering the  Election is. Just look at the gyrating displays of  Jeremy Vine and his Swingomental!  [To be continued]
